Most of the time, our Lil’ Cake Toppers go on to live happily ever after — in fact we’ve done over 900 toppers so far with zero complaints. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your toppers, we ask that you share your concerns via email and we will get back to you promptly.

Please note that it is extremely important that you specify upfront your vision when ordering custom-made cake toppers. We request that all photos and stylistic references are sent beforehand and that the overall design is agreed upon before we begin painting. Each unique pair of cake toppers is handmade and labor-intensive, so it is not easy for us to make changes once the design has begun. Full payment is expected in order to start and we can not guarantee any changes will be made once toppers have been started. That said if changes are minor and able to be incorporated, we will try our best to make it happen. However if changes are major and unable to be incorporated, an extra fee may be charged for redoing the work.

Please also note that custom cake toppers take time. If your desired timeline is too rushed, your order may be turned down simply because we need the right amount of time to make your toppers perfect.
